  • Are your items handmade or mass-produced? Our collection includes both handmade and carefully curated mass-produced items. 

  • Can I see customer reviews for this product? Absolutely! Customer reviews are available on each product page to help you make the best choice. As we are a newly established store our reviews are quite limited currently. Love our stuff? Please leave us a review. 

  • Do you restock sold-out items? Some popular items are restocked, while others are limited-edition. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications.

  • Do you offer gift cards? Yes, we offer digital and physical gift cards that can be used for any purchase in our online store.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary depending on your location and the delivery method you choose. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.

  • Do you offer same-day or express delivery?Yes! We provide express shipping options for faster delivery. Availability depends on your location. We also offer after hours collection and are working on securing a same day delivery service for local deliveries. 

  • Can I send the gift directly to the recipient?Of course! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and we’ll handle the rest. Many of our products arrive gift boxed and with a card? Want the card filled? We can do that for you, just leave a note and be specific. We love sending the love and will do anything to help you celebrate them. 

  • What happens if my package is lost or delayed? If your package is lost or delayed, contact our support team and we’ll assist you in tracking it or issuing a replacement if necessary. Gift Wrapping & Personalisation

  • Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes! We love gift wrapping. You can select our gift wrapping service at checkout for a beautifully packaged gift. 

  • Can I include a personalized message with my order? Absolutely! Add a personal touch by including a message with your gift—just select this option at checkout, make sure you clarify the style that you would like your message written in. We can do cursive, printed, all caps, large print. You name it, we got you. 

  • Are customizable options available (like engraving or monograms)? Some of our products offer engraving, monograms, or other customization options. Check the product description for details.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. If they aren’t, still speak to us. We know that sometimes things just aren’t right and you don’t find out until the package is ripped in half. Contact us anyway, we will see what we can do. 

  • Can I exchange a gift if the recipient doesn't like it? Yes! If the gift isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

  • What do I do if my item arrives damaged?We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Can I create a gift bundle with multiple items? Definitely! You can mix and match items to create a custom gift bundle—just add your selected products to your cart.

  • Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting options? Yes, we provide corporate and bulk gifting solutions. Contact our team to learn more about discounts and customization options for large orders. Please note large volume orders require at least 14 days notice.

  • Do you offer bulk discounts? A: Absolutely! We provide tiered pricing based on order volume. Larger orders receive additional discounts.
  • How can I become a supplier for your store? A: We’re always open to new partnerships! Send us details about your product line, pricing, and distribution capabilities, and our procurement team will review your proposal.
  • Can I sell your products under my own branding?  Some of our items are available for private labelling. Reach out to discuss customisation options.
  • What types of products do you look for?   We specialise in unique, high-quality giftware products. Handmade, customizable, and sustainable items are highly preferred.
  • What are your quality standards?  We require all suppliers to meet strict quality and packaging guidelines to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
  • How can I showcase my products to your buyers?  If approved as a supplier, your products will be featured in our catalogue, online marketplace, and promotional materials.
