Our sun catchers are designed to enchant—but they’re delicate by nature. Please hang them securely, away from areas where children or pets may rest or reach. Long chains and small parts may pose a risk, and even well-placed pieces can fall if not routinely checked.
We recommend indoor or sheltered placement, as exposure to wind, rain, or strong sun may cause damage over time. Regularly inspect your sun catcher for signs of wear or loosening.
12-Month Warranty: We offer coverage for manufacturing defects (like faulty clasps or misaligned components) within 12 months of purchase. This does not include damage from weather, falls, or misuse.

Shipping times vary based on the fulfillment center. You’ll receive an estimated delivery time and quote before checkout.
- Local Orders: Packed and shipped within two business days.
- Click & Collect: Available in Wodonga, Victoria (3690).
- Express Post: Available for faster delivery.
- International Orders: May take up to three weeks to arrive. Please only place an order if you’re comfortable with this timeframe.
